What is the return policy?
As each item is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun or an order has been completed.
If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and any issues observed. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
All reported issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution where applicable.
Please note that minor variations in color, placement, sizing, handmade details, screen-to-print differences, or other reasonable differences from digital previews are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all personalization details before placing an order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, incorrect photos, or other customization information provided during checkout.

When will I get my order?
Each piece is handmade and custom-created just for you, which means good things take a little time. ✨
Estimated Production Time: 5-10 business days
This includes sculpting, crafting, quality checks, and completing your custom piece.
Because every item is made by hand, unexpected issues can occasionally arise during production. For example, we may discover defects during quality inspection, a mug may be damaged during the printing process, materials may not meet our standards, or a piece may need to be remade from scratch. When this happens, additional time may be required to ensure you receive a product we're proud to send.
Shipping Time:
- International: 5-12 business days (depending on destination)
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Ordering for a Specific Date
If you require your order by a specific date (such as a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or special event), please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, production and shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept cancellations, refunds, or expedited production requests due to delivery deadlines that were not discussed and confirmed before an order was placed.
