Because each item is custom-made just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was approved, we’ll make it right. Simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your item with clear photos, and our team will review and offer a replacement or solution.
We recommend carefully reviewing all customization details before placing your order to ensure everything is perfect.

When will I get my order?
Each piece is handcrafted with care, so good things take a little time ✨
- Production time: 5 business days to sculpt and complete your custom piece
- Shipping time:
International: 5–12 business days (depending on location)
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
